Lucy Tierk Shoham Memorial Scholarship

The awards are merit-based scholarships for higher education students demonstrating high academic performance related to the goals of the International Organization for Health, Sports, and Kinesiology (IOHSK). They are intended for students from low- to middle-income countries.

The award honors the memory of Lucy Shoham who passed away in 2022 at age 100. She was the mother of Randi (Shoham) McKenzie and mother-in-law of Thomas L. McKenzie (Honorary Lifetime IOHSK President).
