Membership Application & Fees

The International Organization for Health, Sports, and Kinesiology (IOHSK) is an International, Non-Governmental and Non-Profit Organization. Registered in the U.S. Department of the Treasury, Internal Revenue Service (IRS) 501(c)(3), Tax ID 84-4670820.

IOHSK requires that all events, conferences, journal submissions, scholarship and grant applications, committee members, invited speakers, and vendors complete the membership application and become registered and paid members, in accordance with the official IOHSK policies, procedures, and guidelines. All membership fees collected will be used to support scholarships and grants for registered members.

Faculty, Physical Education Teacher, Coach, Non-Student: $60 (U.S. Dollars)
Graduate Student (Master’s & Doctoral): $40 (U.S. Dollars)
Undergraduate Student: $20 (U.S. Dollars)

MEMBERSHIP APPLICATION FORM

Certificate of Professional Membership

Registered members will receive an electronic Certificate of Professional Membership by email from office@iohsk.org.

This professional membership certificate has been recognized and used as documentation for professional development, including Retention, Promotion, and Tenure (RPT) Review in most universities, institutions, schools, and organizations.

IOHSK certificates for membership, as well as scholarship and grant awards, are officially registered and protected by Attorneys Corporation Services, U.S.A.
