The 9th International Conference Scientific & Organizational Committee
The Scientific Committee is responsible for the academic quality, scholarly integrity, and scientific rigor of the conference. Committee members may serve onsite or virtually and provide review, evaluation, and academic guidance for abstracts, papers, presentations, invited speakers, and program themes.
The Organizational Committee oversees the planning, coordination, and implementation of conference operations and logistics. Committee members may serve onsite or virtually and support tasks such as scheduling, communication, venue coordination, technology, marketing, and conference administration.
The committee members may include faculty, administrators, student assistants, and event management staff. Committee duties may be fulfilled in person or through virtual participation depending on members’ locations and availability.

Board of Directors
The Board of Directors shall serve a two-year term, which may be renewed. Members of the Board are appointed by the incumbent Board of Directors and/or by the President and CEO of IOHSK in accordance with IOHSK policies, procedures, and organizational priorities. This position is critical to sustaining, advancing, and strengthening IOHSK, and requires dedication, commitment, and leadership. As an international organization, IOHSK may maintain different numbers of board positions (e.g., Regional Presidents, Vice Presidents, and Directors), depending on organizational growth, geographical representation, and the number of active members.

Scholarships & Grants Committee
The Evaluation Committee for Scholarships and Grants consists of members who have maintained at least three (3) consecutive years of IOHSK membership, or who have been formally appointed by the IOHSK Board of Directors. Committee members serve a one-year term, renewable based on annual performance evaluation and demonstrated commitment to IOHSK policies and procedures. The Committee is responsible for reviewing and evaluating all scholarship and grant applications, ensuring fairness, transparency, and merit-based decision-making, and submitting its recommendations to the Board of Directors.

Conference Committee
The Conference Committee includes the Scientific Committee and the Organizational Committee, which are responsible for planning, developing, and implementing the Annual IOHSK International Conference. This committee plays a critical role in ensuring the academic quality, organizational preparation, and overall success of the conference. Committee roles include reviewing submissions, coordinating invited speakers, assisting with program design, managing organizational procedures, and supporting conference operations. This committee is a voluntary service position.

Special Event Committee
The Special Event Committee is established for specific IOHSK events, meetings, and lectures. Committee service is event-based, and the duration of work depends on the schedule, scope, and preparation required for each event. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: recruiting participants, coordinating virtual event technologies, preparing event materials and graphics, supporting social media announcements and promotions, and assisting with event operations such as serving as MCs, managing registration, and providing logistical support.

Journal Editorial & Review Committee
The Journal Editorial & Review Committee for the Journal of Health, Sports, and Kinesiology (JOHSK) is responsible for overseeing the editorial process, peer-review management, and academic quality of manuscripts submitted for publication. Committee members review, evaluate, and provide scholarly feedback on submitted manuscripts, ensure adherence to publication standards, ethical guidelines, and APA formatting, and support the Editor-in-Chief and Associate Editors in decision-making regarding acceptance, revision, or rejection of manuscripts.

IOHSK Post Editorial Committee
The IOHSK Post Editorial Committee reviews instructional articles related to teaching and instruction in physical activity and physical education, including tutorial content accompanied by a short video file and 2–3 relevant photographs. This committee also assists with publicizing and promoting published articles through IOHSK social media platforms and manages reader comments, engagement, and feedback related to the articles.
