  • If you plan to submit an abstract with multiple authors, please note that all listed authors must be registered IOHSK members at the time of submission. However, if any of the listed authors are unable to attend the conference, conference registration is NOT required for those individuals, and a certificate of presentation will not be issued to authors who do not register and attend.

  • Each individual may serve as the first author on no more than three (3) proposals.

  • It is strongly recommended that you obtain travel insurance, either through your department or university or purchased personally, to cover your attendance at the conference. Additionally, a waiver form, required by IOHSK, must be signed prior to attending the conference.

  • A waiver form for attending a conference is a legal document that in-person/onsite conference participants are required to sign, typically to acknowledge and accept specific terms, conditions, and risks associated with attending the conference. It is used to protect the organizing entity (e.g., IOHSK and CAU) from liability in case of unforeseen incidents, assumption of risk, release of liability, acknowledgement of policies, insurance responsibility, and health and safety requirements. This waiver form will be sent to you for review and signature along with the proposal acceptance email.
