According to recent reports from the Mercer Cost of Living Index (2024), Seoul ranks as the
32nd most expensive city worldwide, and is considered the 16th most expensive city for foreign visitors. Additionally, based on the ECA International Cost of Living Survey (2023–2024), Seoul is ranked as the 9th most expensive city in the world for expatriates.

Hotels near the conference venues are readily available; however, the average room rate in July typically ranges from US $120 to US $150 per night for 3.5- to 4-star accommodations, with transportation costs to and from the conference venue also needing to be considered. Therefore, early submission, acceptance, registration, and hotel reservation are strongly encouraged, as doing so may save participants hundreds of dollars in travel expenses.
