2026 IOHSK Fellows Announcement

The International Organization for Health, Sports, and Kinesiology (IOHSK) is pleased to announce the 2025–2026 Class of IOHSK Fellows:

  • Dr. Arvin Andacao (Fellow #12), Davao Oriental State University, Philippines

  • Dr. Naoki Suzuki (Fellow #13), Tokyo Gakugei University, Japan

  • Dr. Meungguk Park (Fellow #14), Southern Illinois University, U.S.A.

  • Dr. Ruben L. Tagare (Fellow #15), University of Southern Mindanao, Philippines

  • Dr. Timothy Baghurst (Fellow #16), Florida State University, U.S.A.

The IOHSK Fellowship represents far more than a title—it is one of the highest honors bestowed by the organization. Each Fellow is recognized for distinguished scholarly achievement, exemplary service, and sustained leadership that advances IOHSK’s mission and strengthens the global community of professionals in health, sports, and kinesiology.

Fellowship Criteria

To be considered for this prestigious recognition, candidates must meet at least five (5) of the following distinguished criteria:

  • A minimum of five years of IOHSK membership

  • At least one year of service as a Board Member or JOHSK Editorial Member

  • Active committee participation in IOHSK events or conferences on three or more occasions

  • Presentation at an IOHSK event or conference on three or more occasions

  • Publication of at least two articles or abstracts with IOHSK

  • Attendance at IOHSK seminars, events, or conferences on three or more occasions

These criteria reflect not only measurable achievements but also the enduring qualities of leadership, service, integrity, and professional excellence that define an IOHSK Fellow.

2026 Fellowship Induction Ceremony

The next formal Fellowship Induction Ceremony will take place during the
9th IOHSK International Conference, held July 22–24, 2026, at Chung-Ang University in Seoul, Korea.
