IOHSK Announces the Election of Dr. Sung-Je Park as International President for East Asia
The International Organization for Health, Sports, and Kinesiology (IOHSK) is delighted to announce the election of Dr. Sung-Je Park as the new International President representing East Asia. The IOHSK Presidential Election was conducted virtually on February 7, 2026, under the supervision of the IOHSK Board of Directors. Dr. Park was unanimously elected to this distinguished position. Dr. Park will officially assume office on February 8, 2026, and will serve a two-year term through February 8, 2028. In this role, he will represent and oversee IOHSK activities across East Asia, including Korea, Japan, Hong Kong, Taiwan, and Mongolia.

Eligible applicants should be actively involved in school-related activities such as health or medical clubs, community health and wellness initiatives, varsity athletic programs as student-athletes, or health-related volunteer work.

The International Organization for Health, Sports, and Kinesiology (IOHSK) is proud to announce that Dr. Sung-Je Park, Vice President of IOHSK Asia and Co-Chair of the 9th IOHSK International Conference, has been elected as President of the Korea Olympic Torch Association.
Professor Dr. Sung-Je Park at Chung-Ang University, Korea was inaugurated as the 15th President of the Korea Olympic Torch Association, a nonprofit and non-governmental sports organization in Korea. He was elected during the 2025 Korea Olympic Torch Association Fall Academic Conference, Sports Awards Ceremony, and Presidential Inauguration and Farewell Ceremony, held on December 5 at the Seoul Olympic Parktel. His official term will begin in January 2026.
