The following list has been prepared to assist conference attendees and registrants in arranging and organizing their travel to the Republic of Korea (South Korea). This list also serves as official confirmation of attendance, presentation, and/or registration for the 9th IOHSK International Conference, to be held at Chung-Ang University, Seoul Campus, Republic of Korea.

The list further verifies conference registration and may be requested by immigration authorities upon arrival at a port of entry in the Republic of Korea. Attendees may be required to demonstrate the purpose of their travel and the intended duration of their stay.

IOHSK will issue an official letter of invitation solely for visa application purposes where a visa is required for entry into the Republic of Korea. If a visa is not required under applicable immigration regulations, an official letter of invitation will not be issued. Exceptions may apply to invited keynote speakers, plenary speakers, workshop speakers, and IOHSK Travel Grant recipients. The issuance of a letter of invitation does not guarantee visa approval by the Embassy or Consulate of the Republic of Korea in the applicant’s country of residence.

IOHSK assumes no responsibility or legal liability for the outcome of any visa application, nor for any matters related to travel, entry, or participation in the conference. All participants bear full responsibility for complying with visa, immigration, and entry requirements. Applicants are strongly advised to consult the appropriate Embassy or Consulate of the Republic of Korea for accurate and up-to-date information regarding visa application procedures, requirements, and processing timelines.

Conference registration fees are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to travel delays, cancellations, or interruptions; visa or immigration issues; institutional or administrative disapproval by schools or universities; medical conditions; personal matters; or any other unforeseen events.

Official letters of invitation will be issued only to confirmed and fully registered conference attendees and presenters who are required to obtain a visa to enter the Republic of Korea. IOHSK annual membership fees and conference registration fees must be paid in full by each participant unless officially waived, covered, or granted by IOHSK in accordance with its established policies.

All conference speakers (including invited keynote and plenary speakers), presenters for oral, poster, and virtual presentations, and general attendees without presentation must be registered and paid members of IOHSK for 2026.
