IOHSK Ambassador Eron Hoxha Inspires Student Leaders at the University of Prishtina, Kosovo

Mr. Eron Hoxha, a student in the Faculty of Physical Education and Sport at the University of Prishtina in Kosovo, recently held an informative meeting with the Student Council of the Faculty, where he shared his experiences as an Ambassador of the International Organization for Health, Sports, and Kinesiology (IOHSK).
During the meeting, Mr. Hoxha introduced the mission, global reach, and impact of IOHSK, an international organization with over 36,000 members worldwide. He spoke about his personal journey with IOHSK and highlighted the many opportunities the organization provides for students and professionals, including scholarships, travel support, international conference participation, professional development, and global academic collaboration in the fields of sports, health, and physical activity.
As part of this meaningful initiative, Mr. Hoxha also presented a $500 contribution from IOHSK to the Student Council in support of student activities and leadership initiatives. In addition, the Student Council received an IOHSK Certificate of Recognition, signed by both Mr. Hoxha and IOHSK President Dr. Hosung So.
Reflecting on the event, Mr. Hoxha shared:
“I would like to share a brief update regarding an activity held on March 9 at the Faculty of Physical Education and Sport at the University of Prishtina. During this meeting, I had the opportunity to present my experience as an Ambassador of IOHSK to the Student Council. I introduced the mission and global impact of IOHSK and shared my personal experience with the organization, including the opportunities it provides such as scholarships, travel support, and participation in international conferences. The meeting was very well received and served as a great opportunity to inspire students to engage in international initiatives and professional development through IOHSK.”
Dr. Hosung So, President of IOHSK and Professor in the Department of Kinesiology at California State University, San Bernardino, also praised Mr. Hoxha’s long-standing dedication to the organization:
“Mr. Hoxha has been one of the most active IOHSK members since 2020 and has contributed to the organization in many meaningful ways, including serving as an undergraduate student intern, ambassador, and multiple-time scholarship and grant recipient. His dedication, commitment, service, and leadership have been exemplary. In recognition of his outstanding achievements, contributions to IOHSK, and this wonderful act of support for student leadership, I would like to match his contribution to the student club.”
The Faculty of Physical Education and Sport expressed appreciation for the students’ contributions and motivation in creating new opportunities in the field of sports. This meeting served as an inspiring example of how student leadership, international collaboration, and service can work together to expand academic and professional opportunities for future generations.
