The International Organization of Health, Sports, and Kinesiology (IOHSK) is pleased and honored to announce the establishment of the Dr. Monoem Haddad Scholarships for the 2026–2027 academic years. These scholarships will support IOHSK undergraduate and graduate student members through conference presentation support, travel assistance, and general academic scholarships.

This two-year scholarship initiative has been established as an initial commitment and will be reviewed for continuation based on the needs of student members, the impact of the scholarships, and the overall effectiveness of the program. Through this meaningful contribution, IOHSK aims to provide additional opportunities for students who are pursuing academic, professional, and research excellence in health, sports, exercise science, kinesiology, and related fields.
Dr. Monoem Haddad serves as Dean and Professor at Qatar University and as President of IOHSK Middle East and Central Asia. In this leadership role, Dr. Haddad will continue introducing, promoting, and expanding IOHSK memberships, activities, programs, and events throughout the region and beyond. His dedication to international collaboration, scholarly advancement, and student development reflects the mission and spirit of IOHSK.
Dr. Haddad is also scheduled to present his scholarly work at the 9th IOHSK International Conference, to be held at Chung-Ang University in Seoul, Korea, on July 22–24, 2026. His participation and leadership will further strengthen the international academic exchange and professional networking opportunities offered through the conference.
The Dr. Monoem Haddad Scholarships, administered through the IOHSK Scholarship Foundations, will provide meaningful support for undergraduate and graduate students who need financial assistance to continue their academic and research journeys. This generous donation represents more than financial support; it is an investment in future scholars, leaders, educators, and professionals.
The official call for scholarship applications will be posted at www.facebook.com/iohsk, and all IOHSK members will also receive information by email from office@iohsk.net. All interested applicants must be current 2026 IOHSK members.
