How & Where to Find Guest Rooms? Benefits?

It is about a pleasant 5-minute walk (physical activity!) from the main entrance of Chung-Ang University, Seoul Campus, Korea. The guest housing rooms are located directly across from the venue of the 9th IOHSK International Conference, Chung-Ang University Centennial Hall (Building 310).

By staying at the Guest House (Building 308), you can enjoy the vibrant atmosphere and culture of a Korean university campus, minimize travel time to and from the conference site (less than 1 minute, building-to-building), save on transportation costs (taxis in Korea can be relatively expensive), maintain a more flexible conference schedule, and easily access major attractions in Seoul.

You will save at least $30 per day on transportation costs (taxi, bus, and/or subway), with the added benefit of avoiding Seoul traffic altogether.

Room availability is limited. Reservations are confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis, with the first 40 reservations guaranteed.

Check-in available from July 20, 2026 after 3 pm. No early check-in available.
Check-out is available on July 25 or 26, 2026, by 12:00 noon. A late check-out will be subject to an additional daily charge.
Single-Bed Room: 1 guest maximum
Double-Bed Room: 2 guests maximum

The entire building and each floor are monitored by surveillance cameras to ensure safety and security. IOHSK is required to submit a complete list of conference guests staying in each room, including names, genders, passport numbers, and emergency contact information. Please comply with the rules and policies regarding the maximum occupancy for each reserved room. If additional rooms are needed, please make separate reservations accordingly.
